Experience Built on Systems Thinking

Propulsive Executive Services is built on decades of experience working with complex operational and information systems. From aviation and aerospace to professional services, nonprofit, and public-sector environments, our work has consistently focused on how organizations structure information, coordinate work, and support decision-making at scale.

While tools and platforms continue to evolve, the underlying challenge remains the same: organizations function best when workflows are clear, information is reliable, and systems reflect how people actually operate. Our approach emphasizes thoughtful design, documentation, and governance rather than short-term fixes or tool-driven solutions.

Today, we apply that perspective using modern technology to streamline workflows, improve productivity, and reduce operational friction. Automation and digital platforms are used deliberately, in support of clarity, accountability, and sustainable execution.

Our Founder

Propulsive Executive Services was launched by David Pollock, whose career has been immersed in the design and implementation of systems supporting complex, mission-critical operations.

Early in his career, David designed and implemented an automated fleet management system for a major international airline, addressing aircraft scheduling, maintenance planning, and operational coordination across a large, distributed fleet. The work emphasized reliability, structure, and scalability in on a global scale.

He was later recruited to plan enterprise information systems for national aerospace programs, including the Space Shuttle Main Engine and Space Station programs at Rockwell International and The Boeing Company. These efforts required disciplined systems thinking, close coordination between departments, and a strong emphasis on accuracy, inter-operability, and long-term maintainability.

That foundation continues to inform his work today. As a fractional executive, David brings the same systems-oriented perspective to modern organizations, helping leadership teams design workflows, information structures, and automation that support effective execution over time.

The tools may change, but the focus remains consistent: building structures and systems that organizations can use to grow and prosper.
